bd456 Terms and Conditions

1.1 Definitions

The following terms carry specific meanings throughout these Terms and Conditions:

• "Platform" — The bd456 website (bd456.cam) and all services under it.
• "Member" — Any person who holds a registered account on bd456.
• "Wallet" — The funds balance held in a Member's account.
• "Bonus" — Promotional rewards or additional funds provided by bd456.
• "Wager" or "Bet" — Money placed on a game or sporting event.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer — the identity verification process.

1.2 Applicability of Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to all services, games, bonuses, contests and promotional activities on the bd456 platform. By accessing the platform, registering, or using any service, a Member is considered to have accepted these Terms.

bd456 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Updated Terms take effect from the date they are published on the platform. It is the Member's responsibility to review these Terms regularly.

2.1 Age Requirement

The bd456 platform is for persons aged 21 or over only. By registering, a Member confirms they are at least 21 years of age. Use of bd456 by minors is strictly prohibited. Failure to prove age during identity verification may result in account cancellation and funds being seized.

2.2 Single Account Policy

Each Member may operate only one account. If a single individual is found to hold multiple accounts, all accounts will be cancelled and any bonuses accumulated may be forfeited. Multiple accounts created from the same household or IP address will be investigated.

3.1 Providing Accurate Information

Members must provide true, accurate and complete information at the time of registration. Providing incorrect or false information gives bd456 the right to cancel the account and seize funds. If any information changes, the Member must notify the support team immediately.

3.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

bd456 reserves the right to verify a Member's identity at any time. As part of the KYC process, a National Identity Card (NID), passport or other government-issued documents may be requested. Withdrawals may be placed on hold until verification is completed.

3.3 Password and Security

Members are fully responsible for keeping their login credentials confidential. If you suspect unauthorised access, notify our support team immediately. bd456 will never ask for your password via email or chat.

4.1 Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount on bd456 is ৳100, applicable to all payment methods. Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay. Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly. If there is a delay due to technical issues, please contact support.

• All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.
• Suspicious deposits may be held pending investigation.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests from successfully verified accounts are generally processed within 1 hour. Withdrawals can only be made using the same method used for the deposit.

• Withdrawals may be delayed if KYC verification has not been completed.
• Direct withdrawal from a bonus balance is not permitted — wagering requirements must be met first.
• bd456 reserves the right to hold withdrawals if fraud or money laundering is suspected.

4.3 Currency and Conversion

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). No currency conversion fee is charged by bd456; however, the payment provider's own fees may apply.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

bd456 offers new Members a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. To receive this bonus, a wagering requirement of 15 times must be met — meaning bets equal to 15 times the bonus amount must be placed before the bonus funds become withdrawable.

• The bonus may be claimed once per new account only.
• The expiry and validity period of the bonus will be stated in the terms of each offer.
• bd456 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus at any time.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

The following general rules apply to all bonus offers:

• If bonus abuse is found, the account will be cancelled.
• Different contribution rates may apply to specific games or game categories for the purpose of meeting wagering requirements.
• VIP cashback and other rewards are provided under separate terms.
• bd456 reserves the right to cancel bonuses if a clear bonus-seeking pattern is identified.

5.3 VIP Program

The bd456 VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. Weekly cashback is provided at each tier — up to 0.2% at Bronze, up to 0.4% at Silver, up to 0.6% at Gold and up to 0.8% at Platinum. Tier advancement is based on consistent activity and a trusted partnership with bd456.

6.1 General Betting Rules

All bets on the bd456 platform are conducted in a fair and transparent manner. Game results are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG) or live dealer method. A bet that has been confirmed cannot be cancelled.

• In the case of an incomplete round due to a technical error, bd456 will provide an appropriate resolution.
• bd456 reserves the right to recover winnings that were incorrectly awarded due to a system error.
• If the connection is lost during play, game data will be preserved once reconnection is made.

6.2 Sports Betting

Betting on cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments), football (including FIFA), kabaddi and other sporting events is governed by the applicable rules. If a match is cancelled or postponed, bets will be settled according to the odds-setting rules. bd456 reserves the right to investigate if match fixing or unusual betting patterns are suspected.

7.1 Prohibited Actions

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bd456 platform:

• Any activity related to fraud, deception or money laundering.
• Using multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses.
• Using software, bots or automation to gain an unfair advantage.
• Unauthorised access to or hacking of another Member's account.
• Exploiting technical errors or vulnerabilities in the platform.
• Making deposits using a third party's funds.
• Operating an account under a false identity.

If a prohibited activity is identified, bd456 reserves the right to immediately cancel the account, seize funds and, where necessary, notify law enforcement authorities.

8.1 Data Collection and Use

bd456 uses Members' personal information solely for the purpose of providing services, identity verification and security. Information is managed in accordance with our privacy policy. SSL encryption is used to protect data.

8.2 Sharing Information with Third Parties

bd456 does not sell or transfer Members' personal information to third parties for free. However, information may be required to be disclosed under legal obligations or by order of a tax authority or court. Minimum information necessary for payment processing may be shared with payment partners.

9.1 Commitment to Responsible Play

9.2 Protection of Minors

10.1 Account Suspension by bd456

bd456 may suspend or close a member's account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of terms and conditions or suspicious activity.
• If an investigation into fraud or money laundering is ongoing.
• Failure in KYC verification or provision of false information.
• Evidence of operating multiple accounts.
• Order from a court or law enforcement agency.

10.2 Voluntary Account Closure

A member may contact support at any time to request account closure. Any remaining balance may be withdrawn before the account is closed, provided all applicable withdrawal conditions are met. Bonus balance will be considered void at the time of account closure.

11.1 Service Limitations

bd456 always strives to provide uninterrupted service, however the service may be temporarily disrupted due to technical issues, maintenance or unforeseen circumstances. bd456's liability for losses caused by such disruptions is limited.

• bd456 is not responsible for bets lost due to internet connection interruptions.
• bd456 accepts limited liability for issues with third-party payment gateways.
• bd456 is not responsible for issues arising from the user's own device or network.

12.1 Right to Amend Terms and Conditions

bd456 reserves the right to amend these rules and terms and conditions at any time. In the case of significant changes, members will be notified by email or through a notification on the platform. Continued use of the platform after updated terms and conditions have been published will be considered acceptance of the new terms and conditions.
